Refund Policy

1. Overview

Digital Deep LLC ("Digital Deep," "we," "us") is a service-based business. We provide professional digital marketing services including SEO, PPC advertising, social media management, web development, and ecommerce growth consulting. All services are delivered remotely online. We do not sell physical products, software, or digital downloads.

Because our services involve skilled professional time and dedicated resources, we cannot offer blanket refunds on work already delivered. This policy sets out the specific conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued.

2. Monthly Retainer Clients

• Monthly fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle and cover all services delivered during that month.
• Cancellations require 30 days' written notice sent to contact@digitaldeep.co.in before the next billing date.
• If notice is received after a billing cycle has started, the full month's fee is owed and services continue until the billing period ends. No refund will be issued for that cycle.
• Month-to-month clients may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

3. Project-Based Engagements

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee) is required before work begins. This covers initial strategy, planning, and onboarding resources.
• If a client cancels after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Any additional work completed will be invoiced proportionally.
• If Digital Deep LLC fails to begin agreed work within the stated timeline without client-caused delay, a full refund of the deposit may be requested.

4. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may review refund or credit requests in these circumstances:

• Digital Deep LLC fails to deliver the agreed services as described in a written proposal or agreement.
• A billing error results in an incorrect charge.
• Services were paid for but not yet started, and a cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@digitaldeep.co.in and will be reviewed within 7–10 business days.

5. No Performance Guarantees

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our direct control — including platform algorithm changes, market competition, ad auction dynamics, and client-side factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, conversions, or revenue figures. The absence of a specific outcome is not grounds for a refund where professional services have been delivered.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in the suspension of services and legal action to recover fees owed. We are committed to fair and prompt resolution of any billing concerns.
